Connecting diaspora and the homeland through research and civic engagement 

ZÂNI is a youth-led, non-partisan, policy-driven think tank focused on producing informed research, dialogue, and policy solutions for the Albanian-speaking lands.

 

Our objective is to bring together Albanian youth across the diaspora and the homeland into a collective driven by the diverse intellectual traditions, civic values, and professional experiences of the societies in which we were formed. On the basis of a shared stake in the present and future of Albanian lands and communities, we seek to engage Albanian youth in critical analysis of, and active participation in, the social, political, and environmental questions that affect our communities. This work is carried out through public dialogue, policy-oriented research, and cultural initiatives designed to give Albanian youth a substantive role in determining the trajectory of the places and communities they come from.
